I started working in journalism at the age of 13 covering my hometown football team for my local newspaper.

After qualifying as a journalist I worked in both news and sport for the Colchester-based Evening Gazette and associated weekly titles before the chance arose to work at a national level for sportinglife.com where I was able to use my passion for sport to the full, holding roles as a writer, chief sub-editor and finally betting editor. I specialised in tennis and football, as well as the betting side of sport.

I am now working on a freelance basis for a variety of clients, including media companies and bookmakers. If you are in need of particular content, please get in touch to discuss your requirements using my contact details.
